Do you really want to go to a department store to get your car fixed. I used to buy tires here, but rarely can you find a time that you will not have to wait for a very long time to get your work done. And you will find that the prices are higher than for independent mechanics.

The pharmacy staff is horrible! They are very rude and it takes forever to get a prescription filled.

I love this place I have blue cross blue shield and when trying on glasses i couldnt see how good they looked on me unless I were to wear contacts when trying on glasses. They have a screen that takes upto 5 pictures of you with diffrent frames on so you can choose the right ones and compare

I LOVE THIS STORE! It's clean, it has a Fresh appeal to it and it's spacious! It always has a good variety and best of all they have Hello Kitty stuff! And a Starbucks! Ultra Cool!

Mr. Beckum is not only a skilled optician but also a heck of a character. His prices are reasonable and he has always got a joke to crack. Even if his prices weren't so reasonable (which they certainly are) the customer service would make it worth a premium.

I don't see Dr. Poirier, but I do, or did, go to Eye Care Associates. They are rude, unhelpful, and overpriced. There are many quality eye care professionals in the Birmingham area to choose from. Skip this office.

I like the oldfashioned hospitality shown from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Appointments are prompt, service is superb! Friendly staff. Very patient, award winning optometrist. The licensed optician takes his time to help you find the pefect eyewear to fill your prescriptions.

He has been not only my eye doctor but my families for years. His staff is well trained and treat everyone wonderfully. He is very smart and actually takes time with his patients instead of rushing in and out. Bottom line, he is great.

The Hwy 280 store is awful! The mangaers are the worst I ever experinced! Barbra Streisand new live Cd was supposed to have two bonus tracks but the back track listin didn't list them so I asked them to open it they refused saying that would lose money. Finally they did and I purchaed it. But
