I have been going to EyeOptix for the 7 years I've been in Charlotte (formerly EyeCare Clinic). I went to the one near UNCC (which is now only for Wachovia employees), the one on Tyvola (which moved to this location on Arrowood), and the one on Randolph. They are always so nice and helpful.

I'm new to the area I'm glad I found this eyecare center. They were very helpful, and got my glasses right the first time! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor in the area.

Have been dealing with this company for close to ten years. The staff are always very helpful, the selection of frames is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable even on complicated prescriptions such as mine. Frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Now this store has so much and the prices you can not beat when I was pregnate they had great selections of maternity and I love their produce if your into fresh fruits and veggies this place has it

The staff here is great. They are very friendly and accomodating. Their services are efficient and prompt. Everything is done with a smile. When you leave you get the feeling that they care about you. I would highly reccomend them.

The office is nice; the selection of frames is good. The doctor was very laid-back but seemed to do a pretty thorough exam. Most of the staff is pretty friendly, but I got my head chewed off after asking a simple question of one of them. Overall not a bad experience.

Great store, lots of help picking the right glasses (I'm hopeless at it) and reasonable prices. Forget the big chain stores who don't want to help and haven't got a clue - this is the only place to go!

Dr. Miller and his staff are absolutely first rate! I was refered to them by a friend who said he wouldn't go anywhere else and for two years now I have to agree. Dr. Miller is very easy to talk to, tells you everything he is doing and why and gives you straight answers to all of your questions.

There are about 4 WM Dept. Stores & 4 WM Supercenter Stores in Charlotte. Well there is this one store on Eastway Drive Store #1666 and it is the worst store I've been to. First of all, the parking lot is old & messy with shopping carts not pick up. Then the store is messy in the clothing dept.

You will never get a personalized quality service at this place. This place is a mass production factory, not an optometrist office. They always double book patients, so you will always wait for 30? 45 min before you see the doctor. You will have to keep coming back for a few months before
