Best eye exam l ever had. Found eyeglasses that I still get compliments on 6 months after.

Everytime i go in to this office people are so nice. Its right off the Metro. Since i have free eye exam's for 3 years it saves me money. Plus the eye doctor is cute!.

Very nice selection of unique frames that you won't find in chain eyeglass stores. If you don't have a reason to get the higher priced high index lenses, just go with the cheaper polycarbonate lenses. I couldn't really tell any difference between the high index lenses I got at Apex Optical

I had my eyes examined here, but everything else felt disappointing. The staff seems to do a lot of standing around. I asked for them to call in my Rx for allergy drops, and they said they don't do that. They're not real swift in the customer service arena. I never bought glasses from them.

That's all I can say about them. My opticians originally in the same building as my opthalmologists transferred my information to Carr & Busch when they closed up and stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised. Although they don't have quite the same manner as the older optician I had has,

Agree with the first observer. even with an eye care insurance plan, this place added on additional fees for various routine items. i ended up paying 3 times the amount in comparison to my old eye doctor. ick.

I've only called to setup my appointment and this is the greatest, most reasonable, most sincere person i've spoken to in a long time.

These guys were fantastic. great selection for 30 something year olds. they helped me pick frames that actually worked and then worked with me to help fix prescription mishap from another store. highly recommend it.
